Warm in the cool Spring and Fall, and cool in the warm summer, you'll feel as comfortable as at home here in our home on the Lake. Your living units come completely equipped to meet all your vacation needs. Just pack your clothes, throw in a beach towel, and stop for groceries on your way to the Golden Horseshoe for a weekend or week of family fun you'll remember forever. We have one and two bedroom house-keeping units, all of which have a beautiful view of the Lake of The Ozarks. We are small, friendly, family owned, and family operated. That means all living units are just a few steps from our luxurious pool, boat and fishing docks, and other facilities. And a member of our family is always close by to help make your vacation more enjoyable.
If the sun has set or rain has fallen, there is still fun to be had in our friendly social room. Play cards with friends, shoot pool with your buddy, beat the electronic games or just sit back by the fireplace. A chance to rest like this is often just what the doctor ordered.

On those really hot summer days, our large, clean and handy swimming pool is often the most popular place to be. The kids will play in the pool, the ladies relax in the sun. And if you can't find Kevin, check the umbrella tables pool-side to see if he's takeing a break (again) for a cool one!
A swim in the lake is sometimes even more popular than the pool. This large swimming dock is at the end of our main boat dock. This puts it far out into the lake and makes it a perfect place to relax in the sun and feel like you're really in the lake. The sun gets too hot? Roll off and into the lake and you cool off in a hurry. This is also a popular homing station for those floating flotillas of air mattresses that populate the quiet coves of the Lake of the Ozarks. We also have a small natural beach for your enjoyment.
When fun activities and "shopping until you drop" get too much for you, RELAX. This hot tub will bring you back to tranquility. This is often a favorite spot for adults to relax! (for ages 14 and older only)
For the consideration of all our guests, we ask that everyone refrain from excessive noise after 10:00 p.m.
Convenient to all the units, is a children's swing set and play area. And, of course, horseshoes are always ready for you to pitch at the Golden Horseshoe Resort!
Due to the terrain, we recommend that you NOT bring any bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc..
