DESCRIPTION OF UNITS

Rental units come completely equipped to meet all your vacation needs.  Just pack your clothes, throw in a beach towel, and stop for groceries on your way to the Golden Horseshoe for a weekend or week of family fun you'll remember forever!  We have 13 LAKEFRONT units available in all; 4 one bedroom units and 9 two bedroom units.  All units have equipped kitchenettes with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, and pots and pans; color cable TV, AC/Heat, carpet, picnic tables, and charcoal barbecue grills.  All units include a sleeper sofa in the living room that makes out into a full bed.  All linen and towels are provided.  Remember bring your own beach towels.  No maid service is provided.  THERE ARE NO TELEPHONES IN THE ROOMS. 

• One Bedroom Units: Ideal for a couple, and most economical too. Our one bedroom units are "U" shaped with the bathroom separating the bedroom and living/kitchen areas. Each unit has a queen size bed and shower. They are adjoining and are located on the second floor with a nice view of the swimming pool and the lake from the balcony. There is a patio table outside the door of each unit, and a deck available for outdoor grilling.
• Standard Two Bedroom Units: These units are all located on the ground level, only steps from the beautiful swimming pool.  Each unit has a combined living room/kitchen area with patio door. There are two separate bedrooms; one contains a QUEEN size bed, the second contains a double bed, and each include a dresser.  There is a shower in the bathroom. 
• Deluxe Two Bedroom: (These are our Units 8 & 9 downstairs and Units 14 & 15 upstairs.) These two bedroom units have larger, more spacious living rooms and bathrooms with tub/shower. There are two private bedrooms each with QUEEN size beds. Unit #3 is an even larger deluxe two bedroom unit; with a queen size bed in one bedroom, and a queen and full size bed in the other bedroom, and an oversized shower in the bathroom.  It is a NON-SMOKING unit.  This unit is closest to the docks and is next to the game room.
  
  There is a combined ground level picnic area between units 5 & 6 (two standard two bedroom units), and units 7 & 8 (a standard and a deluxe two bedroom unit).  There is a nice shared balcony for upstairs units 14 & 15 (two deluxe two bedroom units).  Because we are a small resort, we do limit the size of larger groups--including visitors. There is a fee of $10 per person per day for all visitors.   Please note that each unit has a maximum occupancy (including children).  For safety reasons, we cannot allow additional guests, or visitors, above the maximum.  Due to limited parking, we ask that you please limit vehicles to one per unit.  We live on the premises and will be available frequently throughout the resort.  WE PROVIDE:  One set of linens per bed; bath towels and wash cloths; kitchen towels and wash cloths; 2 rolls of toilet paper; 3 hotel soaps; 2 trash can liners; dish wash liquid.  SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:  Beach towels; toiletry items such as shampoo; extra toilet paper, trash bags and bar soap; paper plates (for those of us that don't like to do dishes!); charcoal and lighter fluid if you wish to grill out; any special item such as a blender or iron that you may desire; and of course your groceries!  NOTE:  We have an every other day towel exchange only.  If you prefer a daily towel exchange, there will be an additional charge of $5/night to your room rate.  Feel free to bring any additional towels with you.  There is a washer/dryer available for your use.

• Age restrictions.  Security/noise deposit required if under the age of 21.
